Ingredients
4 Asda Smart Price Chicken Leg Quarters
3 garlic cloves, halved
2 Asda Smart Price Lemons
1 tbsp sunflower oil
½ tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp Asda Madras Curry Powder
500g potatoes, cut into chunks
225g frozen peas
Method
1Pre-heat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5. Put the chicken and garlic in a greased roasting tin. Squeeze the lemons over and add the shells to the tin. Bake for 45 minutes.
2Heat the oil in a pan. Add the seeds and cover. As soon as the seeds pop, add the curry powder and cook for 1 minute, stirring.
3Add the potato and stir for 3 minutes. Add 200ml water, cover, bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
4Add the peas, return to the boil and cook for 5-10 minutes. Serve with the roast chicken.
