Ingredients

1 plain part-baked baguette

200g penne pasta

2 Herta chicken frankfurters

600g tub fresh carrot and coriander soup

198g tin no added salt sweetcorn

40g Asda 50% reduced fat mature grated cheese

Method

Cook the part-baked bread in the oven as per the packet instructions.

Meanwhile, bring a pan of water to boil and cook the pasta for 10 – 12 minutes, as per the packet instructions.

Add the chopped sausages, soup and sweetcorn to 300ml of water and simmer for 10 minutes.

Then add the pasta to the soup, mix together and ladle into bowls. Top each bowl with the grated cheese and serve with the warm bread, cut into slices.
