Ingredients

400g fresh cherries, stoned (reserve 4 whole cherries to decorate)

150g raspberries

250ml Asda Cherry Juice Drink

100g Asda Seedless Raspberry Jam

6 Asda Gelatine Leaves

Method

1
Put the fruit and juice drink in a medium saucepan. Cover and heat gently until simmering. Simmer for 4 minutes. Turn off the heat and stir in the jam.
2
Break the gelatine leaves into pieces and put in a bowl with 175ml cold water, making sure all the pieces are covered. Soak for 10 minutes.
3
Put a sieve over a large bowl and pour the fruit mixture through it. Transfer the fruit in the sieve to a processor and whizz to a purée, or use a handheld blender. Return the purée to the sieve and push the fruit through it with a wooden spoon to remove the raspberry seeds.
4
Pour the mixture into a measuring jug.
5
Stand the bowl of gelatine over a pan of simmering water, making sure the water doesn't touch the bowl. Allow to dissolve. Stir into the juice, then share between 4 glasses.
6
Leave until cold, then refrigerate until set.
7
Decorate with cherries.
