Ingredients

2 tubs Chosen by you Loaded Mint Choc Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream, slightly softened

130g box mint Matchmakers

Asda Christmas Shimmer Snowflakes, to decorate

Method

Line a 20cm loaf tin with clingfilm, leaving some hanging over the edges of the tin.

Put the ice cream in the loaf tin and press down firmly, smoothing the top. Cover with clingfilm and return to the freezer until needed.

When ready to serve, turn the ice cream out of the tin onto a serving platter and remove the clingfilm. Break the Matchmakers in half and use to cover the sides, and use whole on top of the ice cream. Pile more broken Matchmakers on top and add some Shimmer Snowflakes to finish.
