Ingredients

3 ripe peaches

Olive oil

50g Asda Extra Special Whole Marcona Almonds

2 x 85g packs Asda Extra Special Serrano Ham

78g pack Asda Wild Rocket

Asda White Balsamic Condiment

Method

1
Plunge the peaches into boiling water, leave for 1 minute, then peel under cold running water. Halve, remove the stones, then slice each half in three. Cook on a very hot griddle for a few seconds, if liked.
2
Pour a little olive oil in a frying pan, put over a fairly high heat and cook the almonds for 1 minute, or until golden, tossing all the time. Drain, then sprinkle over a little salt.
3
Arrange the peaches, ham and rocket on plates, scatter the almonds around and drizzle a few drops of the balsamic condiment and olive oil on top. Serve with ground black pepper.
