Ingredients
2 persimmons
25g butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
Greek yogurt or ice cream, to serve
Method
1Remove the stalks from 2 persimmons and cut into 6-8 segments.
2Melt 25g butter in a pan with 1 tbsp brown sugar over a low heat, until dissolved.
3Add the persimmon segments and cook until lightly browned, turning often.
4Serve as a dessert with a little Greek yogurt or ice cream. Pour the remaining sauce from the pan over the serving.
5Alternatively, serve the fruit with a cheese board.
