Ingredients

100g Chosen by you Scottish Porridge Oats

200g ready-to-eat dried apricots, chopped

250ml Chosen by youPressed Apple Juice

2 eating apples, cored and grated

100g blueberries

4 tbsp Chosen by you Greek Style NaturalYogurt

4 tsp clear honey

Method

In a bowl, mix the oats with the apricots. Add the apple juice, cover with cling film and leave in the fridge overnight.

Stir the apples into the oats with the blueberries.

Divide between 4 bowls. Top with yogurt and honey.
