Ingredients
300g strawberries, trimmed and sliced
4 leaves gelatin
100ml Pimm’s No.1
425ml Asda Lemonade
Method

Divide the strawberries between 4 glasses.

Cut the gelatin into small pieces using kitchen scissors and put in a small bowl with 4 tbsp cold water. Leave to soak for 10 minutes.

Heat a small pan containing a little water and stand the bowl of gelatin on it until it has completely dissolved, making sure the water doesn’t splash into the bowl.

In a large jug, mix the gelatin with the Pimm’s and lemonade, pour into the strawberry-filled glasses and chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
