Ingredients

600g Butcher's Selection Lamb Mince

1-2 garlic cloves, crushed

1 level tsp ground cumin

2 level tsp ground coriander

Sunflower oil, to grease

10 Asda Mini White & Wheat Pitta Breads

200g pot Asda Tzatziki

Few lettuce leaves, torn

6 cherry tomatoes, sliced

Method

1
Pre-heat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5. Mix the lamb with the garlic, cumin and coriander - it's easiest to use your hands. Season to taste.
2
Shape into 20 small oval balls. Lightly grease a baking tray with the sunflower oil. Put the koftas on the tray, leaving a gap between each one, and cook in the oven for 15 minutes. Cool. Keep in the fridge until ready to pack.
3
Just before you pack the picnic, carefully open out the mini pitta breads to make pockets. Put 2 tsp tzatziki, 2 koftas and some lettuce and tomato into each one.
4
Pack the rest of the tzatziki in a small plastic container and serve with a selection of vegetable sticks.
