Ingredients

2 red chillies, de-seeded and chopped

2 tsp crushed dried chillies

2 red peppers, de-seeded and chopped

4 tbsp lemon juice

6 tsp paprika

2 tbsp oregano

2 tsp crushed dried chillies

150ml groundnut oil

3 cloves garlic, crushed

4 tbsp malt vinegar

1/2 lemon, roughly chopped and seeds removed

Method

Blitz all the ingredients in a food processor.
