Ingredients

125g plain flour

1 level tsp mustard powder

Good pinch of salt

2 large free-range eggs

300ml milk

3 tbsp sunflower oil, plus extra for brushing

1 Asda Extra Special Beef Fillet Steak

2 tbsp crème fraîche

2 tbsp Asda Coarse Grain Mustard

2 tbsp Asda Creamed Horseradish

Rocket, to serve

Method

1
Pre-heat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7. Sift the flour, mustard and salt into a bowl. Add the eggs and milk. Whisk to make a batter. Set aside for 20 minutes.
2
Put a little oil in the holes of a bun tin and heat in the oven for 10 minutes. When the oil is hot, immediately pour the batter into each hole.
3
Bake for 15 minutes until risen.
4
Brush both sides of the steak with oil. Heat a griddle pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. Rest for 10 minutes, then slice.
5
Mix together the crème fraîche, mustard and horseradish, and spoon a little into each Yorkshire pudding. Top with a slice of steak and a rocket leaf.
