Ingredients

417g Asda Thin Pork Loin Steaks

6 tbsp Asda Dark Soy Sauce

3 tbsp Asda Sweet Chilli Sauce

2 level tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp lime juice

2cm piece root ginger

1 garlic clove, crushed

1 garlic clove, crushed

1 tbsp Asda Infused Chilli Oil

175g Asda Crunchy Peanut Butter

2 tbsp Asda Dark Soy Sauce

2 tbsp Asda Sweet Chilli Sauce

150ml coconut milk

2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander

Method

1
Cut the pork into 2cm-wide strips. Mix together the rest of the ingredients. Put in a non-metallic dish with the pork and stir. Cover with cling film. Marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
2
Put wooden skewers in cold water to soak for 2 hours.
3
For the satay sauce, cook the garlic in the chilli oil for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add the peanut butter, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and coconut milk. Stir until smooth. Cook over a low heat until simmering, then immediately remove from the heat. Stir in the coriander.
4
Thread the pork onto the skewers and discard the marinade. Pre-heat the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve with the satay sauce, some lime wedges and lime zest.
