Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
1-2 tsp lime juice
150g pot soured cream
1 red chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped
2 tsp chopped coriander
Fresh coriander, to garnish
Cornchips, to serve
Method
1Halve, stone and skin avocado. Put in a bowl with lime juice and mash with a fork. Stir in soured cream, chilli and coriander. Season and chill.
2Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with cornchips.
