Ingredients

375g pack Asda Ready Rolled Puff Pastry

125g log Asda Soft Goats Cheese

3 tbsp crème fraîche

16 baby plum tomatoes halved lengthways

Few basil leaves

Method

1
Pre-heat oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas7. Unroll the puff pastry and cut out 4 rounds, about 10cm in diameter – use a plate as a guide. Put them on a baking tray and score round the edge, about 1cm in, using a sharp knife. Make sure you don’t cut right through the pastry. Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes.
2
Mix the goats cheese with the crème fraîche and spread on the tarts, leaving a 1cm border where you have scored the pastry. Top with the tomatoes and return to the oven for a further 6-7 minutes or until the tomatoes start to soften.
3
Scatter a few basil leaves on top of each tart and serve hot or cold.
